There was an article published in today's Leeds and Manchester Jewish Telegraph and I hope that it will encourage the readers to discover that sushi really is for everyone. I am now teaching at The Vegetarian Society's 'Cordon Vert' Cookery School (http://www.cordonvert.co.uk/cv08/course.aspx?page=18&course=91) and these courses will be perfect for anyone wanting to learn about sushi but preferring to stay clear of seafood and meat. The first course will take place on Sunday, August 21st and there are some places remaining at this moment. Additional courses will follow later this year and next year.
I also hope to be able to work with caterers of all kinds and especially kosher caterers to be able to provide top quality sushi and sushi bars at functions in Leeds and Manchester.
